The company's non-regulated energy infrastructure holdings include Aitken Creek Gas Storage ULC in British Columbia and the Belize Electricity Company Limited in Belize. Fortis was formed in 1987 and is headquartered in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
